I have started adding photos from around the garden to a new album in Picasa, and will be adding to the album every week until the season ends. To see a week-by-week time-lapse photo album, see my public photo album on Facebook.

The Fall 2010 commencement ceremony photos that I took for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences are now online. All 336 of them.
These are some of my favorites:

It was graduation day at the University of Houston today, and I was assigned the task of shooting photos and getting them online as quickly as possible, with the help of a colleague.
We quickly put three photos up on the CLASS home page, and then we added the best shots to our Facebook page‘s photo album.
But I added even more to our not-so-frequently used Picasa web album. Here’s a Picasa Web Album slideshow of my favorite 100+ photos I took today:
Update: The album from Spring 2010 commencement can be found on the new CLASS website.

In an effort to drum up interest in the “Photos from You” feature on The Woodlands chron.com page that I manage, I added a photo I took to the page’s main feature element.

The photo featured on The Woodlands Chron.com page is of my daughter enjoying the outdoor kid-friendly fountains at Market Street in The Woodlands.
I took a lot of photos at the Raymondville Chamber of Commerce Heritage Gala that were published in this week’s issue of the Raymondville Chronicle and Willacy County News.
