Today is our wedding anniversary, as I was reminded by Kim’s post on Facebook.
(Kidding).
But she also posted this photo (to the right) that reminds me why I love her so much.
She’s yet to chase me with that knife.
Of course, I brought flowers home.

Yesterday, a bunch of us surprised my aunt Mary Ellen at her sister’s house, to celebrate her umpteenth consecutive 27th birthday.
See below photos from the album Mary Ellen’s Birthday.

Happy New Year! This year was filled with many memories, and I probably took more photos this year than ever before.
Google made this movie automatically from photos I’ve uploaded to Google+ Photo Albums and added it to my Google+ photos, with a private setting. Auto awesome! Good thing I didn’t make it public, it contained photos of people who aren’t family and shouldn’t be in the video! So I edited it in Adobe Premiere and uploaded the result to YouTube, after taking out the annoying music, too.
Well, at least SOMEONE is playing with the new toys.

Today, Kim played witness to the wedding ceremony of Lauren and her cousin Kevin Janecek. I wanted to be there, but wasn’t able to; Marshall’s varied sleep schedule (he’s all over the clock these days, folks) and teething trauma would have meant the ceremony would start in cranky prime time. So we stayed home, avoiding the perfect storm of being that one baby everyone remembers at the wedding years from now, and Kim captured these memories that I’m sharing online.
