In the past 20 years, suicides in Texas up 19 percent

Suicides are up 25 percent across the united states in the past 20 years, with North Dakota leading at an increase of about 58 percent while Texas is up about 19 percent. This new data is from a report published by the U.S. Center for Disease Control last week – and the report comes as the national media was discussing the news of two celebrity deaths by suicide.

Federal judge says high school pledge of allegiance case can move forward
