Federal judge says high school pledge of allegiance case can move forward

Today I am speaking with Randall Kallinen – a local civil rights attorney who has been practicing and representing clients for more than 20 years. Mr. Kallinen, you are representing a client and her mother who are suing the Klein Independent School District because the student claims she was harassed after she decided to no longer stand up during the daily reciting of the pledge of allegiance.
